1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Include the original box, all accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoice.
  • Certain items may be excluded for hygiene, safety, or technical reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return/refund unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or license keys.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or clearance.
  • Products damaged by customer misuse, unauthorized repair, or negligence.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your request and arrange an exchange or refund after inspection. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection by email/phone.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for the same product/model in case of defects or damages. If the same item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose another product of equivalent value.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests and handled under this policy.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide instructions and arrange pickup where applicable.

8. Warranty Claims

Many products include the manufacturer’s warranty. For warranty issues, you can contact the brand’s authorized service center directly. Jariko Looks can assist with manufacturer coordination to make the process smoother.
