At Jariko Looks, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how and when you may cancel your orders placed on our website.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Jariko Looks

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued.
  • Pricing or typographical errors on the website.
  • Suspicious transactions or payment issues.
  • Non-serviceable delivery location.

In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.


3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (if applicable).
