3. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines vary between 3–7 business days depending on the shipping address and courier availability.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics, or government restrictions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on the courier partner’s website.


5. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery is delayed, we will notify you promptly.
  • In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Our team will investigate and assist with replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
